#SoulBirthedUs kicks off it's first bi-annual music event honoring Soul music of the 50s-80s featuring video screenings and original music performances from local Hip-Hop, R&B, and Pop artists. Each performer, in their own way, will cover or remix one of their favorite songs in Soul during their performance.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Face Forward MN, a local arts-based nonprofit organization. #SoulBirthedUs offers a night of supporting social change through Face Forward, connecting with like‐minded Soul lovers in the Twin Cities, and celebrating and hearing old and new Soul music you love!
